Group Visits + Virtual Sessions

We look forward to connecting with your group, either in person or virtually! We ask for at least three weeks’ notice for a group visit, as it will allow us to personalize the visit based on your request.

Use the calendar to select a date and submit a group visit request. On the request form, you’ll be able to specify whether you would like a virtual or in-person event, as well as select options for your group (tour, panel, etc.). Note: These visits are for high school groups, college access programs, and organizations bringing more than six students. (We may not be able to accommodate groups of more than 80 students.) Individual students and families who are interested in a campus visit should use our regular visit system.

If a date is unavailable when you’d like to visit, contact us at visit@uwec.edu, and we will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we can’t guarantee that it will be fulfilled.
