These visits are for high school groups, college access programs, and organizations bringing more than six students. Individual students and families who are interested in a campus tour will need to register using our regular visit system.

All group visits will include a welcome/campus overview and a campus tour. Once you have registered for your preferred date, you will receive a group visitation agreement via email. Once you have read and submitted that agreement, we will proceed with scheduling your visit.

Please note that because the visit date you're requesting is less than one week away, we can't guarantee your visit. However, please know that we'll do the best we can!

Riverview Cafeteria - Buffet style dining located on upper campus; budget approximately $8.25 per person if paying via invoice or $9.50 per person if paying at the door via credit card or cash.
Davies Student Center Marketplace - Food court style dining located on lower campus; budget approximately $8.25 per person. You will receive meal tickets on your visit date and will be invoiced after the visit. This option is not available in the summer.

The campus tour is a walking tour that generally includes going up and down the campus hill and wooden staircase, which separates lower campus from upper campus.

Please indicate if either of the following are true:

One or more people in our group uses a wheelchair.

One or more people in our group will need UWEC to provide a wheelchair for their use during the visit.

We will try our best to accommodate the group members who use a wheelchair on the campus tour portion of your visit. The group visit coordinator will be reaching out to you regarding the different tour options.
